Frequently Asked Questions

Up4it is a social coordination Platform designed to help people organize time together through Moods, Moments, Friends, and Circles. Some concepts described in this Help Center are planned features and may not be available in the current version.

Up4it is evolving from an early product foundation. The Roadmap distinguishes delivered work from planned work. A roadmap entry is not a promise, release date, or current feature.

You must be at least 13 and meet the eligibility requirements in the Terms of Service. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to the Terms with you. Local parental-authorization or age-assurance requirements may also apply. Members aged 13 to 17 receive the additional protections in the Young Members Policy.

Up4it does not currently charge a Platform service fee or process payments. Any cost arranged directly between Members is external to Up4it. See Fees and the Payments Terms.

What happens to an expired Mood or Moment?

Section titled “What happens to an expired Mood or Moment?”

Moods and Moments are designed to stop being visible after their selected expiry or end. Expiry is not the same as immediate deletion from every system. Limited data may remain for backups, security, safety, or legal reasons as described in the Privacy Policy.

Where the feature is available, follow the creation or participation controls shown in your version of the Platform. Choose the audience carefully and review all details before joining. See Getting Started.

Use the available Moment control or tell the Organizer as early as reasonably possible. There is no universal 24-hour Up4it deadline or cancellation fee. See the Moment Cancellation Policy.

How do I report a safety or Content concern?

Section titled “How do I report a safety or Content concern?”

Use an in-product report control where available or follow the Reporting and Appeals Policy. Contact local emergency services first if someone is in immediate danger.
