Copyright Policy

Up4it respects intellectual-property rights. Members may share only Content they created or are legally authorized to use.

1. Copyright Notices

If you believe Content on Up4it infringes your copyright, email support@the-corner.io with the subject Copyright notice and include:

1. your name and contact details and, if you act for someone else, evidence of your authority;
2. identification of the protected work, or a representative list if several works are concerned;
3. the exact location of the allegedly infringing Content, such as a URL, account, Moment, or Content identifier;
4. a concise explanation of the rights you own and why the use is not authorized by you, your representative, or law;
5. the country or countries in which you claim rights, where relevant;
6. a statement that the report is made in good faith and is accurate to the best of your knowledge; and
7. your physical or electronic signature.

Do not include unrelated personal data. A notice that is too vague to locate or assess the Content may be rejected or require clarification.

2. Our Review

We assess notices under applicable law and our Reporting and Appeals Policy. We may remove or restrict Content, request more information, forward relevant parts of the notice to the Member who posted the Content, or take no action where the notice is unsupported.

Removal is not a final determination that infringement occurred. Up4it does not decide private ownership disputes that require a court or other competent authority.

3. Response by the Member

If your Content was restricted and you believe the decision was mistaken or the use was authorized by a licence, an exception, or law, submit a Copyright response to support@the-corner.io with:

1. the decision or Content concerned;
2. your name and contact details;
3. a concise explanation and any relevant evidence;
4. a good-faith statement that the response is accurate; and
5. your physical or electronic signature.

We may share the response with the claimant. Depending on applicable law and available evidence, we may maintain, reverse, or modify the restriction. Either party remains free to seek an order from a competent authority.

4. Repeat and Serious Infringement

Up4it may restrict or terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously infringe intellectual-property rights, taking account of valid notices, successful responses, context, and proportionality. Knowingly false or abusive notices may result in restrictions and legal liability.

5. Other Rights

For trademark, impersonation, privacy, or other rights concerns, use the Reporting and Appeals Policy and identify the specific right and jurisdiction concerned.
