Payments Terms of Service
1. Scope
Section titled “1. Scope”This page records the current status of payment functionality. It is not a payment-services agreement and does not activate any future payment feature.
2. Payments Arranged Outside Up4it
Section titled “2. Payments Arranged Outside Up4it”Members may separately agree to share a cost or pay an Organizer outside the Platform. Up4it is not a party to, processor of, or guarantor for that transaction. Members should verify the recipient, purpose, price, currency, cancellation terms, and refund terms before paying.
Never send payment credentials through a Mood, Moment, profile, or other Up4it Content. Report suspected fraud under our Reporting and Appeals Policy.
Commercial Organizers remain responsible for mandatory consumer, tax, price-display, cancellation, and refund obligations. Nothing on this page limits statutory rights against the person who accepted a payment.
3. Future Payment Features
Section titled “3. Future Payment Features”Before Up4it introduces any payment feature, we will publish operative payment terms and legally required disclosures, identify the relevant provider, and obtain any acceptance or consent required by law. A roadmap entry or reference to a planned payment feature is not an offer or commitment.
