v2.2.0: Beta - Guest

Status: Under development

Try Up4it and start planning time together without registering first. This version focuses on making it easier to create and join Moments as a guest, with clear explanations when you need an account.

The features below are included in the release candidates from v2.2.0-rc.0 through v2.2.0-rc.6.

Create a Moment as a guest

• Create and manage one public Moment without registering.
• Choose the name participants see, then edit, share, or delete your Moment.
• Return to the Moment you already created instead of starting a duplicate.
• Review and actively accept the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service before creating your Moment.

Join and share

• Open a Moment invitation link to see a preview and join as a guest when guest access is available.
• Share a Moment through a QR code or invitation link. Organizers control who can add participants.
• Set who can use a QR code, with optional expiry, admission limits, and password protection. Review its usage, change its settings, or revoke it.

Find your way as a guest

• Open your Moments list and profile settings without registering. Discover also includes a “My Moments” link.
• See which features need a registered account, with prompts to sign in or create one. Email editing and other account-only settings remain unavailable to guests.
• Sign in or create an account to keep access to the Moments you created or joined as a guest on other devices. After signing in, return to the page you were trying to open.

• Track shared expenses in a Moment, split costs, view balances, and record repayments.
• Manage sent friend requests and use more reliable blocking and unblocking controls.
• Find clearer messages and next steps when a search or page has no results.
• Enjoy faster startup and loading, clearer dialogs, improved dark mode, and smaller profile-photo uploads.
• Benefit from fixes to Moment date editing and calendar access.
